About Me
I’m John Cozzi, a coach with a background in psychology, finance & management, and career development. My approach is rooted in creating space for reflection, insight, and clarity, helping people think through their next steps with confidence.
With a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London (2024) and a Postgraduate Certificate (PG Cert) in Career Coaching and Coaching Psychology (expected June 2025), I bring an evidence-based, psychology-informed approach to coaching. I’m also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), working toward ACC accreditation, and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Beyond psychology and coaching, my background includes an MBA from HEC Paris, a BA in Philosophy & Art History from the University of Florida, and CIMA qualification in finance. This diverse experience allows me to blend structured thinking with a flexible, person-centered approach.
How I Work
I believe coaching is a conversation—one that gives you the space to pause, reflect, and uncover new perspectives. My role isn’t to provide answers but to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and help you find clarity in your own thinking.
My coaching is particularly suited for people navigating career transitions, decision-making, and professional or personal reflection. Whether you're at a crossroads, refining your goals, or simply seeking space to think things through, our conversations can help bring clarity and direction.
